Koyo Kouoh's Biennale opens posthumously on 9 May. The theme In Minor Keys was hers, set before her death in 2025. Before that, Gallery Weekend Berlin runs over the May Day weekend. After that, Frieze and TEFAF share a week in New York.

9 MAY Giardini and Arsenale Venice
Kouoh's first Biennale opens posthumously under the theme she set before her death in 2025. One hundred and ten invited artists across the Arsenale. One hundred national pavilions across the Giardini and the city. Thirty-one Collateral Events. The argument of the show will have to be made by the show itself, and for once no one is pretending otherwise.
